Delivery / Web Order fullfilment

These are the steps for creating a Web Order through Shopify and then updating Smart Forms to update the order and retrieve an id to use for the shipping tool.

Go to the shopify site and click the Vaan UAT (Phase 2) section and pick the "preview" option

Search a product you'd like to ship. This will work like using any standard online shipping product. When the desired product is found, add it to your cart

Go to your cart and select checkout

Fill out customer information for shipment and payment. The information isn't important for testing purposes but needs to be valid for the purchase to be successful. Valid meaning correct card length and a future expiration date for the card information.

Click the "pay now" button. The order should "complete" successfully. Open Smart Forms and go to the Web Order Fullfilment Usage group. Select Order Entry / Customer Service usage.

Find the order that you created. It should show approved. It may take some time for the item to show in Smart Forms

When you have found the correct order. Go to the form view of the order. The bottom usage should show Order Detail and Allocation. Within that ther will be a shipment ID. This is the id that will be used for Delivery in the Shipping Tool
